Our Policies

Your kitchen must be clean and presentable, with a good amount of work space within your kitchen, you will need to supply plates,glassware,cutlery.  

You will not be required to buy groceries, we will handle that for you. However please note cost of groceries is not included in our prices unless stated otherwise.

We require a consultation for all bookings; this will be a phone call where we discuss your event in detail, cover cost prices and book in your event date.

All bookings are contractual, u must esign the document accepting terms and conditions. 

Our catering does not come with servers included all services are self serve.

If you have hired an airbnb for your event and it does not come with oven & hob we can't carry out your booking. 

Please make sure you state all allergies beforehand during consultation, we are not responsible for any reactions that may happen as all our food is clearly labelled with allergens.

we do not allow last minute changes of any kind after consultation.

If you wish to cancel/reschedule your booking we require a minimum 2 week notice prior to your event date. this will entitle you to a full refund/ no charge. Anything less than 2 weeks and we can cancel your booking but you will forfeit 100% of your payments made with no refunds.

FULL payment must be made by bank transfer only 1 week prior to your event date. we do not accept cheques, cash app, Apple Pay or cash of any kind.

If you require servers for your event, this has an additional £15 per hour per server cost (subject to availability).

You must be at least 20 years old to book my services.

All events I will need to arrive a minimum of 2.5 hours before your event. This is so that I can set up and deliver your courses on time.
