Our Policies

Your kitchen must be clean and presentable, with a good amount of work space within your kitchen, you will need to supply plates,glassware,cutlery.  

You will not be required to buy groceries, we will handle that for you. However please note our cost per head prices factor in service fees. The head chef & assistants work incredibly hard to give you a great stressfree experience.

We require a consultation for all bookings; this will be a phone call/messaging where we discuss your event in detail, cover cost prices and book in your event date.

All bookings are contractual, u must esign the document accepting terms and conditions. 

Our catering does not come with servers included all services are self serve.

If you have hired an airbnb for your event and it does not come with oven & hob we can't carry out your booking. 

Please make sure you state all allergies beforehand during consultation, we are not responsible for any reactions that may happen as all our food is clearly labelled with allergens.

If you wish to cancel/reschedule your booking we require a minimum 2 week notice prior to your event date. this will entitle you to a full refund/ no charge. Anything less than 2 weeks and we can cancel your booking but you will forfeit 100% of your payments made with no refunds.

FULL payment must be made by bank transfer/Stripe checkout 10 days  prior to your event date. we do not accept cheques, cash app or cash of any kind.

If you require servers for your event, this has an additional cost £15 per hour per server

You must be at least 20 years old to book my services.

LARGE events I will need to arrive a minimum of 2 hours before your event. SMALL events1 hr. This is so that I can set up, prep and deliver your courses on time.
